Choose A4 or Letter to match your paper. Print portrait at 100% scale. Print page 2 again for more guests; test one sheet first.
Invite a message
Place the sheets flat with a pen. Guests may leave a name or short memory if they wish. Keep completed pages with the family.

How to use it
Unzip the package and open your chosen paper size in free desktop Adobe Acrobat Reader. Replace the fictional name and dates on both the cover and sign-in sheet; the four fields are separate. Save, close and reopen the file to check your edits. Print portrait at Actual size / 100%. Test one sheet first. Print page 2 as many times as needed without printing more covers. Put guest sheets flat or on a clipboard with a pen. Guest messages are optional; no contact details are needed.
Delivery
Checkout remains paused while delivery is checked. The revised ZIP contains an A4 PDF, a US Letter PDF, and start-here instructions in PDF and text form. Each guestbook has three pages and four typing fields. Guest rows and memory notes are for handwriting. No physical product is shipped.

What is in the download?

What can I type into?
The name and dates on the cover and sign-in sheet: four separate fields. Edit both pages. Guest rows and memory notes are for handwriting. Artwork, headings, fonts and table layout stay fixed; there is no photo field.
How do I save my changes?
Use free desktop Adobe Acrobat Reader. Replace the fictional examples, save with a new name, then close and reopen that saved file. Keep your wording short enough to fit.
How do I print more guest sheets?
Choose the file that matches your paper. Print portrait at Actual size / 100% and test one sheet first. Print page 2 repeatedly without printing extra covers. Keep the writing pages flat.
Must guests leave contact details?
No. A name or short memory is enough, and leaving a message is optional. Keep the pages with the family and ask before sharing a message publicly.
