How to use it
Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat or Apple Preview, click each field to edit (name, dates, service order, reading, biographical text, reception), print on cardstock 110gsm or heavier, then fold in half along the centre line. The default closing reading is Psalm 23 in the King James Version, which sits cleanly in the public domain — replace it with any reading, prayer, or poem you prefer.
